A SUMMER VERY MUCH ABOUT SUSTAINABILITY AND TERRITORY-BASED ECONOMY: DUCA DI SALAPARUTA IS KEY PARTICIPANT AT CONVENTIONS ON THE SEASON’S HOT TOPICS

In June we had the opportunity to speak at two important AMORIM conventions that were held in Sicily.
The first one, on “Sustainability in Winemaking”, took place at the Duca di Salaparuta Cellars in Casteldaccia (Palermo) on June 16th.

The various speakers included Claudia Piccinini Duca di Salaparuta Food Quality and Safety Assurance Manager – who talked in detail about the value of the VIVA and Equalitas Certifications (both of which Duca di Salaparuta obtained last year), indispensable for tracing the path to follow when it comes to applying sustainability in the winemaking sector.

The second convention, titled MOTORE ITALIA Sicily edition: restarting from the island’s finest products, took place on June 20th at the Hotel Villa Igiea in Palermo. Promoted by Class Editore, it was devoted entirely to the small and medium-size businesses that keep the country going. As a member of the panel on Hospitality and Ecotourism, Roberto Magnisi – Director of Duca di Salaparuta Cellars – spoke about his hands-on experience.

The event was covered live on TV on @classcnbc (channel 507 Sky) and in streaming at the following websites @milanofinanza and @italiaoggi.it
